Over the past few months, we’ve been diving into the AI landscape by covering the trends on social media and in shopping, and the role of industry leaders like Google. Throughout each of these explorations one thing has become clear: the current state of AI is a bit overhyped, inflated by a relatively small number of tech companies and venture capitalists who are betting big on the technology.
Yes, AI is going to change the internet landscape. Key word: going, as in its influence is largely theoretical and projected.
That said, we are starting to see AI technology and AI-generated content become more commonplace. So we wanted to investigate… who is actually excited about AI right now? The answer is essentially the people who stand to profit off of the widespread adoption of AI: brands, executives, and men.
