Starting something from scratch is daunting. Starting anything new is messy. And really if you have started a company, brand, website, shop, agency, etc. you know that it takes plenty of blood sweat and tears to just get to the starting gate – and then upon launch, you are starting again on a whole new journey. 

Different types of launches require different areas of prep work. We’ve put together this checklist to help you if you’re building a digital company that also has a physical product with an ecommerce option. But these can be considered and applied to many types of NewCo’s and is a framework that will help you tailor to your own needs.
