Couldn’t agree more ⬆️ My favorite tip shared in the article was limiting app usage. I regularly set daily limits on social platforms, particularly TikTok. While my phone won’t lock me out of the app when I hit the limit, it will send me a reminder which is *usually enough to get me out of the app.
